Rice and Vermicelli Noodles: Quick & Easy Recipe

The Ingridents

  • 2 cups rice
  • 3 3/4 water
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 vermicelli noodles
  • 1 tbsp salt

The Instructions

Step 1

In a medium pot, fry vermicelli noodles in olive oil over medium heat until golden.

Step 2

Add water, rice, salt, and butter. Stir and turn heat to high until it boils.

Step 3

Turn down the heat to low and cover for 20 minutes.
