You guessed it or not, it means keefkoom? Keefkoom is Arabic proper for “How is everyone” but said in a rural Falahi dialect.

Who is behind cheefchoom?

That’s a great question. We are Mumen, Amani, Alim, and Luna (woof). We reside in Southern California.
